2010
  • Teknic Toolings Started with a conventional facilities
  • The first tool room started in pirangut, pune
  • Teknic Got a first order from Brose india for a proto part manufacturing
2013-14
  • Shifted to new location with 3500 sqft area
  • Added VMC – 2nos
  • Over head crane facility got added in the premises for manufacturing moulds upto 350T
2015-18
  • Export production started and started exporting to UAE
  • Hwacheon Korean make VMC got added
  • Head moving EDM added for bigger mould
  • Mould manufacturing capacity increased from 350 T to 800T machine
2022
Present
  • Shifted to chimbali phata to a 40000sqft land with 21000 built up facility
  • EDM got added
  • Over head cranes 7.5T and 5 T added for internal movements
  • Clean room with class 8 moulding and class 7 for assembly added for moulding and assembly of Medical components.
  • Injection moulding machine 150T , 80T and 350T got added .
  • Canteen facility for employees , EPF facility got added
  • Certified for ISO 13845 for B grade medical products manufacturing .
  • 250HP Genset added for power backup.
  • Teknic Toolings Shifted to Pune Bhosari MIDC
  • Added few more conventional machines
  • Added EDM sparking machine
2011-12
  • EDM sparking machine got added
  • Export customer – UAE FIRST got added
  • Certified for ISO 9001 – 2000
2014-15
  • Company name Teknic Toolings changed to Teknic Toolings Pvt Ltd
  • Injection mould machine 80T and 150T added for mould production
  • Apart from Automotive , Medical related customers got added.
  • ACS technologies firm started as sister concern for producing injection moulded parts .
